Principle of removing a large amount of water:
The coalescence filter element in our company’s coalescence system adopts a unique polar molecular structure. Free water and emulsified water in the oil coalesce into larger water droplets after passing through the filter element, which settle into the water storage tank by gravity. The different affinities of the surface of the polymer material for oil and water are used to separate emulsified water and free water in the oil liquid; The interaction between water droplets and the surface of coalescence materials includes interception, Brownian diffusion, and inertial collision. When water droplets come into contact with the surface of coalescence materials, they adhere to the surface and coalesce to a certain size. When they reach a certain size, they detach from the surface of coalescence materials under the combined action of oil drag and droplet gravity. The separation filter element of the separation system is supported by special hydrophobic materials. When the oil passes through the filter element, water droplets are trapped on the outer surface of the filter element and coalesce until they settle into the water storage tank due to gravity.
The high pollution lubricating oil pretreatment equipment is a product designed and developed by technical personnel of Qingdao Haina Energy Environmental Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd., with independent intellectual property rights. This product is mainly used for pretreatment operations of oil products with moisture content>1.0%, high mechanical impurity content, and severe pollution. We plan to add this pre-treatment equipment to the front-end of the high pollution lubricating oil purification process, which can remove most of the moisture and impurities in the high pollution lubricating oil through the pre-treatment equipment, thereby reducing the pressure of subsequent processes and achieving the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
