Waste emulsion is widely produced in industrial manufacturing, coating production, metal processing and other fields, and its main components include water, oil and emulsifiers. This type of waste liquid typically has high stability and is difficult to degrade, posing a potential threat to the environment. Traditional treatment methods have limited effectiveness, high cost, and low treatment efficiency in treating emulsion wastewater.

  1. By using pre-processing equipment to remove mechanical impurities, metal powders, precipitated oil and other pollutants from cutting fluid, the processing pressure of low-temperature evaporation equipment can be reduced, and the processing efficiency can be improved.
  2. By adopting improved vacuum concentration technology, clean water is separated from industrial wastewater, reducing the amount of wastewater and thus lowering sewage charges by over 90%. The treated water can be reused for production or discharged after simple treatment to meet standards.
  3. Using molecular filtration technology to separate small particles and solutes in the solution, reducing COD to 300 or below according to demand, thereby achieving sewage discharge standards.
