Scientific oil series for forging industry

The main pollutants in the forging industry include abrasive particles, polytetrafluoroethylene fragments, casting and forging sand metal debris, mechanical processing and coating debris, arc welding and copper welding slag, burrs and debris on the processing surface, corrosion products, sludge like wear particles, oil oxidation products, cloth fibers, etc.
The basic principle of hydraulic system:
Using fluid media to transfer energy from one point to another, transferring static pressure energy, lubricating transmission components, and heat transfer media.
Composition of hydraulic system:
Power components: pump/motor.
Working medium: hydraulic oil.
Control/execution/auxiliary units: fuel tank, filter, pressure device, etc.
Performance requirements for hydraulic oil:
It is incompressible, has small bubbles, good air release, good wear resistance, good rust prevention, non corrosive to metals, good thermal stability, good oxidation resistance, and good heat transfer.
Hydraulic system oil temperature too high
Reason: Mainly caused by design, equipment failure, or improper operation.
Consequence: The viscosity of the oil decreases, causing leakage.
The aging of oil products intensifies, shortening the service life and increasing the wear of pumps.
Hydraulic components undergo thermal expansion at high temperatures, leading to component failure or jamming.
Stable temperature: 45-55 ℃; Ideal temperature: 30-45 ℃
Solution: Qingdao Haina Energy Technology’s electro adsorption filtration/separation/purification technology purifies high-temperature oxides, sediments, and carbon deposits in hydraulic oil.
