Service content: On site purification and reduction of waste sealing oil (originally classified as hazardous waste) generated by the internal mixer. The contaminated sealing oil is physically separated and purified from the mixed rubber raw materials (rubber and carbon black) to restore their respective recycling value.
Service Objective:
- Replace the reduced sealing oil with new oil and continue to recycle it, saving 80-90% of new oil procurement and consumption;
- Separate and purify the rubber material from carbon black, and reuse it as raw material for rubber mixing or bag filling;
- Achieve a reduction in emissions of waste sealing oil (hazardous waste) by 80-90%, or even zero emissions, significantly reducing the risks and costs associated with hazardous waste disposal.
Service value: Through real-time monitoring, timely control, and continuous maintenance of the production and operation conditions of the internal mixer, a series of values can be achieved.
The data statistics and analysis of the recovery ratio of oil and rubber carbon black after separation, purification and reduction of waste sealing oil (under normal circumstances, oil: rubber and carbon black=90:10) can timely and accurately monitor and judge the wear degree of the sealing ring, the gap distance between the dynamic and static sealing rings, the amount of sealing oil added and the sealing pressure, and other process operation indicators to determine whether they are reasonable and appropriate. By timely optimizing and adjusting relevant process data, optimizing the lubrication, cooling, cleaning, sealing and other efficiency of the sealing system of the internal mixer, abnormal leakage of rubber materials such as carbon black can be reduced, abnormal wear of equipment and its accessories, and unreasonable consumption of various energy consumption can be reduced.
Significantly reduce the abnormal leakage of rubber raw materials caused by poor sealing, resulting in a decrease in tire production and capacity, and a huge loss in unit manufacturing costs. Taking a tire company in Qingdao that we cooperate with as an example, before our cooperation, the other party transferred (paid for) the waste sealing oil as hazardous waste to a third party for disposal, without knowing the content of raw materials such as rubber carbon black in the waste sealing oil. After cooperation, through our on-site purification, reduction, and separation technology services, we found that the waste sealing oil contained more than 60% of rubber carbon black. After data collection, analysis, and feedback, the partner replaced the severely worn sealing ring, adjusted the gap between the dynamic and static sealing rings, moderately increased the amount of sealing oil added, improved the sealing pressure and effect, significantly reduced leakage, and reduced the rubber carbon black content in the waste sealing oil to 10%. The oil purification and reduction yield reached 90%. Therefore, the amount of rubber carbon black leaked in 1 ton of waste oil per day was reduced by 50%, that is, 0.5 tons, which can produce 10 more tires, increase net profit by 10000 yuan, and increase annual income by more than 3.5 million yuan. The economic benefits are significant.
Significantly reducing the abnormal leakage of rubber raw materials caused by poor sealing, which leads to changes in the proportion of rubber raw material formula, resulting in tire quality problems and an increase in waste tire rate. The contribution rate of this value to the cooperation partner’s tire and brand reputation cannot be estimated by numbers.
Significantly reduce the accelerated wear and aging of sealing rings caused by abnormal leakage of solid materials, as well as the excess consumption of electrical and kinetic energy due to increased frictional resistance, and even the various losses of manpower, material resources, and production capacity caused by unplanned parking.

Based on the above benefit analysis, our cooperation in implementing a project to purify, reduce, and recycle the waste sealing oil generated by our partners has created a value of 100 units. We have adopted a free (equipment, consumables) first, followed by a reverse (labor, costs) approach, with the partners sharing the main value (over 90%) first, and then (1-2 months later) distributing a small amount of value (10%) to us. For our partners, we are a low investment, low-risk service steward.
